1. Mix all dry ingredients and beat for about 1 minute with a mixer.
2. Add water, stir until blended for about 3 minutes, and add shortening.
3. Stir until smooth on medium speed, rest for about 10 minutes, then cut into pieces of 45g-50g.
4. Shape each piece into rounds, arrange on a baking sheet, and rest for about 1 hour or until the dough doubles in size.

4. Bake in oven at 180 ⁰C for about 13 minutes.
