Lesaffre Group set-up Saf Indonusa as a subsidiary to provide innovative baking solutions in Indonesia. This includes high-quality yeasts, premixes, bread improvers, and bakery ingredients. Established in 2000, Lesaffre in Indonesia is headquartered in Jakarta. Since then, it has expanded to a local production facility in Surabaya and four branch offices and Baking Center™ in Jakarta, Medan, Semarang, and Surabaya.
