About Lesaffre Indonesia
Lesaffre Group established Saf Indonusa as a subsidiary to provide innovative baking solutions in Indonesia, including high-quality yeasts, premixes, bread improvers, and bakery ingredients. Established in 2000, Lesaffre in Indonesia is headquartered in Jakarta. Since then, it has expanded to encompass a local production facility in Surabaya and four branch offices and Baking Centers™ in Jakarta, Medan, Semarang, and Surabaya.









In addition to performance, our solutions generate a rich array of natural aromatic compounds that deliver distinctive flavours across a wide spectrum of baked goods.
